It was a little bit hard to find, as it is located in a small κολομβια 1 βαθμολογια deadend lane but it was really worth the effort. It’s a little bit pricey for a coffee but definitely worth it. Sooo tasty and it gave me enough energy (and calories, too) to walk around the town for the whole day. Amazing coffee and incredibly welcoming and lovely staff. We had pancakes and egg with slow cooked beef on a fried cheddar toast and it was absolutely tasty. The menu features delectable breakfast and lunch options such as eggs benedict, quinoa salad, and pastrami sandwiches.

I visited this coffee place in Athens, and it was an incredible experience. One of the best coffee places in Athens, located in a very easy going neighborhood. The house blend is slightly too roasted, it leaves a bitter taste.
The bathroom wasn’t clean unfortunately, so something to improve… Watermelon juice was super tasty and perfect in the hot weather, though pricey (€4). This charming café beautifully marries its rich 180-year history—once an art gallery and drapery shop—with a sleek, minimalist industrial decor. The music was great, I love rap.
There’s nothing to dislike about this place…inside/outside seating, great drinks, delicious sweets, and excellent service. Motiv is my favorite coffee shop in Athens—it’s my first stop every time I’m in the city. Good coffee and tasty baked stuff. Very friendly staff and delicious pastries served from 9am 🤌 I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an authentic Greek café and enjoy the atmosphere.

The place was full and of course is understable the stress people working here can be but they need to offer a good service to clients. Whether you choose to sit outside on the veranda or inside, you can enjoy modern surroundings and great views. The interior is elegantly decorated, and the menu offers reasonably priced and enjoyable food options. It truly feels enchanting inside. I visited it at Christmas, when the decorations are probably at their fullest and most magical. There are also small cafés and shops, so you can sit down, relax, and enjoy the experience.
In fact, we enjoyed the sandwich so much that we later chowed down at Po’ Boys BBQ where the meat was prepared. While the cafe’s espresso shots impressed us most with their tropical lemon flavor, we also enjoyed the cafe’s pulled pork burger topped with egg and sheep milk feta. On our visit we enjoyed flat whites crafted with Ecuadorian beans and a special filtered coffee with Honduran beans and excellent honey.

Anana Coffee + Food is a lovely stop, especially if you are looking for desserts that are not overwhelmingly sweet. The cafe was clean and comfortable, the prices were fair and the owner was a really nice guy who seemed very passionate about coffee. My piccolo coffee had excellent flavor and perfect milk texture and was properly served on a saucer, with a spoon to stir the coffee. The quality of the coffee is outstanding — carefully brewed, well-balanced, and clearly handled by people who know and respect the craft. The beans are top-tier—every espresso is clean, balanced, and full of character, while the filter options show real attention to craft. Amazing brunch time at the Kea's island.
Facilities and features
A great spot if you’re really into coffee — and even if you’re not, you’ll totally enjoy it 😂. The staff was super kind and friendly 🫶, and there are tables outside to enjoy your coffee in the Athens vibe ☀️🇬🇷. Visitors praise the clean and stylish ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious cold flat white. Be it morning or midday, the espresso machine is constantly running at full speed, preparing one espresso after another. So, for example, you might find a “balanced” Brazilian one, a fruitier one from Guatemala, a slightly more acidic one from Ethiopia, or just about anything else it’s hosting at the time. Three or four benches next to the windows complete the Swedish-style setting.

Service is a bit slow when you sit down and wish to order (no eye contact and depends on the level of professionalism of the waitress). I tried the burger and it was super delicious a bit on the spicy side. We had the Dog, the artichoke salad, and a green smoothie and everything was very tasty. I love that it is focused on sustainability, the interior is lovely, the little courtyard adorable. Great cocktails and very tasty Asian food! The entrance gave off a cool speakeasy vibe, which added to the experience.
Minus 1 star on the vibe because people seating next to us are smoking. It's always a good idea to try something new, enjoying the cozy atmosphere. Visitors say that the service is enjoyable here. A tasty apple pie is offered here. A local attraction — Church of Kapnikarea, which is situated near this cafe, is a part of the unique culture of this city.
